On the HOA My Way portals you can also communicate internally with your homeowners using the Conversations tool.
HOA My Way has all of the accounting tools you need with or full service accounting. The Board Portal supports transparent accounting tools for reviewing and approving invoices, reviewing homeowner accounts, and delinquencies.
Yes! You can download our exclusive HOA My Way mobile app on the Apple App and Google Play stores.
Pricing and Cost

No – with HOA My Way there are never hidden fees or contracts. We value transparency and provide a full lust of our pricing and fees.
Setup and Onboarding
This can depend on the community but the process is typically 60 to 90 days. This includes receiving community information, sending out transition communication, and providing homeowners their mailed billing statements at least 15 days before the start of the contract date.
We’re with you every step of the way during the onboarding process! Your onboarding specialist will be available to answer questions, provide transition updates, and support the community during the change.
Yes! Most of the time the data is easily downloaded to be provided and migrated to HOA My Way however, our team is able to assist in any way needed during the process.
Support and Assistance
Customer support is available to board members and homeowners alike. Our support team can be contacted via the Board and Homeowner Portals but also by emailing support@hoamyway.com.
Yes! Software training is recommended during onboarding and we offer continued training for board members or new board members.

Compliance and Legal Questions
Our HOA specialized team adheres to strict GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) requirements and is well versed in the accounting compliance needs of HOAS.
Financial reporting and data are easily downloadable from HOA My Way to provide to CPA firms for adults. Our accounting team will work with your CPA of choice to assist in the document management and ensure they have everything they need.
Yes – if there are legal or regulatory updates that effect our platform or services, we will promptly notify our clients.
Security and Privacy
We take security and protection of homeowner information very seriously. Only logged-in users can access HOA information and accounts are only available to homeowners that have been provided a property-specific passcode.
Our platform is built around access controls to ensure that homeowners only have access to their own personally identifiable information that the platform may maintain, and Board Members only have access to homeowner contact information needed to perform their duties.
Homeowner payment information, such as credit card numbers and bank account numbers are handles in a completely PCI-compliant manner. HOA My Way servers and databased will never directly handle credit card and bank account numbers. All such sensitive financial information will be maintained by our fully PCI-compliant merchant services partner.
Additional Services
HOA My Way includes a vendor management section where vendors records are stored including insurance, contracts, and work orders. We also offer an exclusive Vendor Portal where vendors can submit invoices, respond to work orders, and add necessary insurance or tax documentation.
Our accounting team at HOA My Way can assist with handling dkelinquces by sending late notices and providing all necessary information to the community’s attorney if the delinquency is escalated. We’re able to set up payment plans with homeowners to reduce delinquencies.
